01Using the website

These Terms of Use govern your use of shorelineprollc.com, operated by Shoreline Pro LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, and the SMS Terms apply to any optional SMS program.

02The work board

The website organizes publicly available U.S. opportunities relating to fishing and outdoor products, e-commerce, inventory, fulfillment, logistics and customer operations. The board is an informational directory. Shoreline Pro LLC is the website operator and is not represented as the employer for third-party roles.

A displayed reference number identifies an entry in this directory. Reviewing a role spec or setting role-alert preferences is not an application to an employer, an offer of employment or a promise of an interview or placement. The site does not accept a résumé as a job application.

03Role information and availability

Role details are based on information available when a listing was collected and reviewed. Summaries may condense the description. Missing compensation, work-mode or employment-type information is left unspecified. A role’s availability, scope, location or qualifications may change after the snapshot is prepared.

You should independently confirm information relevant to an employment decision. A listed salary, where provided, is a published range or statement, not a guaranteed offer. Remote work may have geographic or other restrictions. Contact us with a role reference if an entry appears inaccurate or outdated.

04Role alerts and correspondence

You may configure a general alert using your interests or begin with the public details of a particular role. A preference preview does not itself create a stored subscription. The website reports preferences as saved only when a configured submission service confirms that they were stored.

You must provide an email address you are authorized to use and, if supplied, a telephone number you control. You are responsible for keeping submitted information accurate. SMS is a distinct, optional selection; leaving the SMS checkbox unchecked does not prevent browsing or choosing non-SMS preferences.

The contact form prepares a draft for your email application. Sending the message remains your action. Any future alert delivery is subject to the channel you selected, the availability of the service and the applicable SMS Terms.

05Acceptable use

Use the directory for lawful exploration of opportunities and legitimate correspondence. Do not:

• Submit another person’s contact information without authority or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to access private systems, interfere with the service or introduce malicious code.
• Use the forms for unsolicited advertising, harassment or unlawful content.
• Represent an indexed opportunity as an offer made or guaranteed by Shoreline Pro LLC.
• Copy the website’s original branding or presentation in a way that falsely implies an affiliation.

06Website materials and external services

The original Shoreline Pro site design, branding and organization are provided for use with this directory. Third-party role facts do not create an endorsement or affiliation between the original employer and Shoreline Pro. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners.

An external email application, linked service or actual employer may apply its own terms and privacy practices. Shoreline Pro does not control those independent services. No fee is charged by this static website to browse the board or review alert preferences.

07Service limitations

The directory is supplied as available. To the extent permitted by law, Shoreline Pro does not warrant uninterrupted access, complete listings or a particular employment result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Shoreline Pro is not responsible for indirect losses arising from unavailable or changed opportunities, external services or your reliance on a condensed listing. This does not limit non-waivable legal protections.

08Administration and changes

Shoreline Pro may correct, remove or reorganize entries, update features or restrict misuse of the website. These terms are governed by applicable New Mexico and United States law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
