Camping Team Lead is an opportunity in fishing & outdoor product, based in Wheeling, WV (Retail). Track stock and help maintain accurate inventory records. Help customers with questions and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Track stock and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Help customers with questions and service requests.
• Use product knowledge to help customers choose or understand equipment.
• Help resolve returns, order problems or escalated requests.
• Support product assortments or merchandising plans.

Qualifications

• A high school education or equivalent background as described in the posting.
• The ability to use a point-of-sale or register system.
• Basic numerical skills for the work.
• Knowledge of inventory or stock-control processes.
• Experience in retail, merchandising or online commerce.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising or supporting a team.
